Each member in the UOIG is assigned to research within one of five sectors. Each sector is led by a senior analyst, who helps sector analysts identify investment opportunities. In addition, a sector leader may help an analyst with the financials, company information, and many other aspects when compiling the report. After presenting the initial recommendation to the group, analysts may post a new edition of their reports with any corrections or updates.

Financials, and IME (Industrials, Energy and Materials).
